1. RESIDENCY AGREEMENT: This is the standard occupancy agreement for LIFE CARE residency. One selects the apartment or home desired, submits the application for residency and, upon acceptance and completion of the residency agreement, a date is set to occupy your new home. Advantages of this plan:

The 68% deposit earns 8% annual credit and over five years accumulates sufficient credit to pay the remaining entrance deposit. Advantages of this plan:
